Visitor detects text-only and link changes on each site’s homepage. There’s still optimizing to do, but this technique seems to cut out the majority of false-positives. Crawling typically happens several time a day per site, depending on the response latency and if the site has any followers. Users cannot see information about one another, except to see how many followers each site has.
