Tuna sandwich
Ingredients
- Flat-leaf parsley, a small handful, chopped fine
- Red onion, small, minced
- Dijon mustard, 1 tsp
- Tin of tuna in olive oil, drained
- Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
- Cider vinegar, ½ tsp
- Salt + pepper
Instructions
- Take a mixing bowl and add the red onion and cider vinegar then stir.
- Add the flat leaf parsley and tuna then the Dijon mustard and stir well with a fork, ensuring the tuna has flaked.
- Stir in the mayonnaise. Add more mayonnaise until you reach your desired consistency.
