Side chilli

These chillis are a great accompaniment to tear-and-share meals like slow roasted leg of goat.


  • Red chilli, 4 large, sliced fine crosswise
  • Salt, 1 tsp
  • Sugar, 1 tsp
  • Cider vinegar, 3 tbsp
  • Rice vinegar, 3 tbsp


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
  2. Refrigerate for an hour then serve!
