Side chilli
These chillis are a great accompaniment to tear-and-share meals like slow roasted leg of goat.
Ingredients
- Red chilli, 4 large, sliced fine crosswise
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Sugar, 1 tsp
- Cider vinegar, 3 tbsp
- Rice vinegar, 3 tbsp
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
- Refrigerate for an hour then serve!
